12. Shipping Policy
12.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within a timely manor and may be subject to other third party provider shipping policies. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
12.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable. Delivery delays can occur. Please note that delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed.
12.3 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You may receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active according to that shippers shipping policy.
12.4 Customs, Duties and Taxes
Elite Capital Investments is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
12.5 Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
13. Affiliate Program Policy
13.1 Introduction
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Affiliate Program. As used in this Agreement, “we” or “us” refers to Elite Capital Investments and “you” refers to the Affiliate.
13.2 Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Affiliate Program Application via our website. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
13.3 Responsibilities of Affiliates
As an Affiliate, you are responsible for promoting our products/services by publishing our advertising banners and linking to our site. You agree that you will fully cooperate with us to establish and maintain such links.
13.4 Commissions
You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales of a product that are directly and solely attributable to your efforts. We will pay commissions on a monthly basis. In the event that the commissions to be paid to you for any month are less than $[minimum amount], we will hold those commissions until the total amount due is at least $[minimum amount] or (if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated.
13.5 Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
13.7 Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the Affiliate Program.
13.8 Termination
The terms of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
13.9 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [the Company’s State/Country of residence], without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in North Carolina, Durham County and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Amendment
