Key responsibilities we can offer*:
- Tenant Management: This includes finding and screening prospective tenants, handling leasing contracts, addressing tenant complaints, managing eviction procedures, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Property Maintenance: Handle regular upkeep and repairs of the property, ranging from landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal as well as interior and exterior repairs. We can either conduct maintenance tasks directly or contract third parties to handle them.
- Financial Management: Responsible for setting and collecting rent, managing the property’s budget, keeping detailed financial records, and even helping the property owner with taxes related to the property.
- Legal Compliance: A property manager understands and abides by local, state, and federal regulations regarding real estate and tenant laws, ensuring that the property meets health and safety standards.
- Marketing and Vacancy Filling: We can advertise vacant properties to attract potential tenants, conduct property viewings, and negotiate lease terms.
- Emergency Response: We are the first point of contact for emergencies, responding to tenant’s urgent needs and organizing necessary services.
